Ways to Get Involved
Submit a Correction
Let us know when trail information, directions, facilities, access conditions, or destination details need to be corrected or updated.
Contribute Photos or Videos
Contribute original photographs or videos that help visitors understand a location, trail, attraction, or community experience.
Share Local Knowledge
Provide historical details, accessibility information, community knowledge, safety observations, or practical visiting information.
Volunteer Technical Skills
Help with website development, testing, accessibility, mapping, research, writing, data review, digital media, or other technical work.
Become a Community Partner
Community organizations, nonprofit groups, educators, tourism organizations, and public-interest initiatives can contact W3DD about possible collaboration.
Contribution Guidelines
To help us review a contribution, please provide as much relevant information as possible. Depending on the type of contribution, this may include:
- The name and location of the trail or destination;
- A description of the information being suggested or corrected;
- The date the information, photograph, or video was collected;
- Directions, accessibility details, or other useful visitor information;
- A source for historical or factual information, when available; and
- Confirmation that you created or have permission to share any submitted photographs or videos.
Please do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal information, copyrighted material that you do not have permission to share, or content that could place people, private property, protected sites, or wildlife at risk.
Photograph and Video Contributions
Only submit photographs or videos that you created or have permission to provide.
Before submitted media is published, W3 Digital Development may request written permission describing how the media may be displayed, credited, edited, or removed.
Submitting material does not guarantee publication. Contributions may be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, quality, safety, privacy, accessibility, and consistency with the organization’s community-focused mission.

Volunteer opportunities may depend on current W3DD projects, available supervision, and organizational needs. Possible activities may include:
Content Research
Research trails, destinations, community resources, and publicly available historical information.
Website Testing
Test pages, links, maps, videos, navigation, and mobile layouts, and report problems.
Accessibility Review
Help identify ways to make W3DD projects clearer and more accessible to a wider range of visitors.
